When you submit the form, it is sent to this site’s own address, and from there delivered to us by email. What travels is what you typed: your name, your company, your email address, the market you sell into if you filled it in, your message, and the product code if you arrived from a product page.

The delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com), an email provider acting on our behalf. Your message passes through them in order to reach our mailbox; they do not use it for anything else. Their servers are in the European Union and the United States.

Your enquiry then sits in our mailbox like any other email, for as long as the commercial conversation is useful. We use it to answer you and to send you the catalogue you asked about. We do not add it to a mailing list unless you subscribe separately.

If the form cannot reach us — you are offline, or something is down — it falls back to opening your own email program with the message written out, and nothing is sent until you press send there.

The subscription form is not connected to a mailing service yet, and it says so when you use it. Nothing is stored.

When it is connected, this section will name the provider, say that your address is kept until you unsubscribe, and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.

None. This site sets no cookies of any kind, and there is no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising pixel. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Your language choice is not stored either: it is part of the address, so /es/ is the Spanish site and the site itself remembers nothing.

Like any web server, the one serving these pages records the requests it receives: an IP address, the page asked for, the time and the browser. That is standard server logging, kept for security and troubleshooting rather than for tracking anyone.

We do not combine those logs with anything else, and we do not use them to identify visitors.

The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy. Using it means talking to us through them.

Links to the trade fairs go to their own sites, which we do not control.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. In practice that means the emails you have exchanged with us, since that is nearly all we have.

Write to export@corpaltd.com and we will answer. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

We make toys for children, but this site is for the people who buy and distribute them. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

When this policy changes the date at the top changes with it. The three sections above that describe something as not yet connected will be rewritten the moment it is.
